How important is timing when selling my property?

Getting the timing right means scheduling the times for the opens to correlate with the property’s ‘prime time’ – The time of day where your property is looking its best.

Holding the opens during your property’s prime time helps to present it in a much better way, as opposed to say, a time where you’ve missed the best part of the day.

For example, your property might get the morning sun and have beautiful natural light from between 6am to 12pm. Scheduling the opens between these hours will usually only work to your benefit.

While you could just tell the buyers it gets great morning sun, they might not believe you if they don’t see it for themselves. So instead of trying to tell them, show them.
