I’ve received an offer for my property. Should I go to auction or sell prior?

If the property is scheduled for auction, the agent may advise you if you’d be better off waiting for the auction then selling prior or vice versa.

As every property is unique and different in its own way, so too are the changes to market conditions and the buyer motivations that come with it.
