Marketing options when selling your property – Brochures

Brochures typically involve gathering the general property information, photos, floorplan and copywriting to put together to present as one smart, simple document.

Its role primarily is to provide some visual and written representation of the property to prospective purchasers who come to visit the property at the open for inspections.

Once buyers have gone through a number of opens, they may use the brochure as a way to shortlist the properties they’re interested in.

Having the brochure as a reference means that they can go over the properties one by one and discuss what they liked and didn’t like about the properties they saw earlier.

After all, it’s generally much easier to understand something by having a proper reference as opposed to just trying to remember all the details.

It’s all about making it easier for the buyers to help them make a decision.
