Neither.
That’s why mail cards and pamphlets should be designed in a way that’s appealing to both look at and read.
And while most of the mailbox advertising these days either ends up on the footpath or in the ‘B’ pile (for the recycling bin), there are still potential buyers out there.
Again, you don’t know where your best buyer is going to come from so until letterboxes are a thing of the past, it’s not such a bad idea to at least let neighbouring properties know that they have a chance to purchase your property for the right price.
