What happens when I am ready to lease my property?

Once you’re fully prepared and ready to lease your property, get the agent you’ve chosen to manage your property around and ask them to give you an updated idea of the potential rental price you’ll achieve in today’s market and let them know you’re ready to lease the property.

Once you’ve engaged the agent, you will need to sign a managing agency agreement stating that you’ve elected them to be the managing agent for your investment property.

From here the agent will process the information and start getting things underway to take the property to the market and lease out ASAP.
