Renting is a great way to keep yourself flexible with an ever-changing life and career.
Not only that, but renting is an option that gives you the opportunity to live in suburbs and areas that you may not be able to buy into just yet.
The downside is potentially uncertain living arrangements and not being able to make adjustments or renovations to suit you and your needs, as you don’t own the property.
And while renting is relatively simple and costs a fraction of what it does to buy, it doesn’t necessarily make it easy to find the right place.
So regardless of your reason for moving, everyone should at least have their minimum requirements for their new place.
